[Antennaware] RF ground System

Hi Guys,

Could someone send me a nice link to made a Really nice Ground System ? 
I really want to stop some PC's Speaker interference on my Upstair 
Neighbor.


Just to let you guys know, I do not have any kind of Interference on my 
station and I already put a lot of Ferrite clip there.. :(

Any help or tutorial will really appreciated.
