As an interesting exercise in self-edification, I put together a small
item in the VHF section of the index called "Phased Yagis, EDZ Beams, and
Landsdorfer-Sacher Yagis," which looks at their properties with an eye
toward similarities. The models are 2-meter versions, but may be scaled
to any other frequency.
I hope the individual who sent me the initial model of the L-S Yagi after
going through all the hard work of translating a paper graphic into a
usable model will contact me again--I'd like to add proper credit for the
model source to the note. The original exchange has become lost in a sea
of paper here.
I hope the note is useful to someone.
