I had one of those. The capacitors are made of a sheet of Teflon between two 
sheets of aluminum. If you burn thru the Teflon under a high SWR condition 
(which can happen at 100W) then you can have problems. Check it. If damaged, 
various thicknesses of Teflon sheet are available on eBay. Use a micrometer to 
get the right thickness.  Good luck.
