Both switches are DPDT.  The on off switch only uses one set.  Often times you
can just flip the switch around and use the other poles and no need for another
switch

I just got a replacement switch in the mail and am looking for hints on
replacement.  I know this should be straightforward, but I am looking
for shortcuts, "don't do this", etc.  Just being lazy I guess. Or old and
arthritic.  No need to tell me to remember to unplug it.  It is permanently
shorted.
