Yeah, I just check my other Windows 10 desktop and it runs fine there.
Both are running the 64 bit professional version. I think the problem
may have something to do with the display scaling on the machine where
it doesn't work. Taskmgr shows that it is running, but the window never
opens on the display. I'll have to sit down and spend some time fiddling
with the display settings when I have the time, meantime I can run it on
the other machine.
