A colleague in high power RF amplifier design for accelerators has asked
me to see if there is interest in some custom Eimac 3CX10,000U7
striped-cathode UHF power triodes. These are perfect to go into cavity
amplifiers, would make an incredible EME for Jupiter, etc....
The special part is that they were made without either air cooled fins
(the X in the part number) or water cooling. The anode is naked, and its
up to you to solder water tubing around it to make a water cooler, if
you wanted full CW capability of the tube.
