I believe the issue might be that those elements are for Bird meters with 100 
ua movments. This is what I have experienced. The 7/8ths elements (as they seem 
to be called) will fit different line sections, but you can't interchange a 
30ua element with with a 100ua elelment for obvious reasons.

handle 10kW(I knew,bird 43's element's power only 5000W(5000H)?
