There is a great deal of info re the dielectric constant of various materials.
Nylon varies from 2 to 5 depending on its composition. It is less than many
other common insulating materials including porcelain. PFTE is very low.
At our lower frequencies, say below 100 MHz, I would not be concerned about
using nylon hardware.
