[Amps] Need Meter Switch for SB-220

[N4ZR <n4zr@comcast.net>]

I recall being offered one a few years ago at Dayton, but don't remember 
who it was. Both the relative power and HV metering are gone, so a 
switch failure seems likely.  After all,the amp is only 45 years old (!).
Anyone have one of these for sale?
