Since the PS board is in a dead end under the RF chassis it gets little to
no air flow. Ive serviced many of those amps, replaced out of tolerance
equalizing resistors, and most of the caps had excessive leakage.
Add some holes to move the air.

Subject: [Amps] Commander HF 2500
Hello,
My Commander HF2500, new in 1996, is still working up to spec, including
plate voltage at 2,850 without a load.
Should I consider replacing the filter caps?
Thanks for your comments.
Jay, K2ZT
