I always thought the huge ribbon speedometer on an early 60's Oldsmobile was Way Cool !! On the other hand, if you plan to speed , do you "really" need to know within tenths just how much over the limit you speed ?Or would a simple go / no-go gauge that says "not enough" / "just about right". be better ?
