No, do not use woven / braided conductor for this purpose; it is lossy at
the upper HF bands and will run noticeably hot in QRO amps.

The best interconnection is made with thin flexible copper strap, even
better if its Ag plated to several skin-depths.

### 14 ga wire is too inductive..u end up adding stray uh.
Braid is bad news. Buddy of mine ran out of 1 inch wide cu strap
used for tapping the coil on his 3x6 amp..and used 1 inch wide
flattened grnd braid instead. this was the 15m tap.... from tank coil
to bandswitch. The 20-17-15m tank coil was made from .5 inch OD tubing.

## all hell broke loose, with the braid spitting out flames and sparks.
1” wide braid replaced with 1 inch wide cu strap... end of problems.
Runs like a swiss watch.... just like every other band.

## Brass and copper strap will work, but avoid small ga wire like 14 ga,
and stuff like braid, aluminum strap, etc. For a small kw amp, strap
like .25 inch wide to .375 inch wide works good. Easy to shear with tin
snips.
