Good news!
Mt European 'source' has quoted a lower price on these tubes! (he has 15 total tubes available) 

NEW Chinese MKS 8877 tubes :  $550
Use Eimac MRI pulls:          $375
I can bring them back with me next month from Freidrichshafen "Ham Radio" event.
