[Amps] HFS-3000D

Today I found a CCA (later PlasmaTherm and RF Plasma Products) HFS-3000D for 
$75 in a local surplus hole. It is missing the tube (5CX1500?) and was rated 3 
kW on 13.56 MHz. The AC is three phase and all the iron is in there. It has 
vacuum variables and nice turns counter, if nothing else. Is it worth much?
