[Amps] 10 Meter Mod for VEC-912 (ALS500)

Gents,

I have a Vectronics VEC-912  SS amp, which I believe is the same as the 
Ameritron ALS500.    I am seeking the schematic for the 10/12m mod to add in 
the AUX position.   I have googled and all I found were install instructions.  
There seems to be  2 inductors and 4 caps on a small PWB.   Does anyone have 
the schematic?
