Since I use a PIN diode unit for QSK, and it uses coupling caps rated less than the plate voltage, I use a hefty choke at the amp's output. It's a 2.4-inch ferrite toroid core wrapped with 14 turns of 14-gauge wire space wound over 3/4 of the available area.
