Yes the issue is that primary household current is down due to antiquated power lines in the town and almost a brown out. This happened every summer so that is not the problem. Well, now I get 1500 PEP on 75m, but on 20m I get on'y 500CW and 600 PEP output. So.....parasitic problem?
