[Amps] Russian Tube Source(s)?

I've been collecting pieces to build a monoband 160m amplifier using a GS-35B. 
I have most of the other parts but it's about time to put a tube in my mitts. 
Aside from a certain well-known auction site, is there anywhere else to 
purchase the tube? If via auction only, can anyone recommend for (or against) a 
particular seller(s)?
