[Amps] Swan Mark 1 3-400Z Tuned Input

I am trying to come up with the initial component values for a Tuned Input.  
The Swan Mark 1 uses two 3-400Z tubes.  The input impedance according to a 
chart I found is 115 ohms for one tube.  I am using a HAMCALC program to 
calculate the values.  It is asking for the following:
1.  One end of band of operation (Ex: 10 meters 28.100??)
2.  Other end of band of operation (Ex: 10 meters 28.900??)
3.  Rin (Is this the tube input impedance of 115 ohms)
4.  Rout  (Is this 50 ohms)
