Specufic to the Alpha products, in the serious 1500 w capability class, the
Alpha 8410 (dual hole) amp is a good choice in the
manual-tune category. This is off their "commercial" line variation where they
have pushed up the plate dis over the standard 8400.

For a commercial amp, Alpha will meet your requirements, especially the
8x and 9x series, or the more recent ones. .
However, you can easily homebrew an amp that will even beat Alpha for
brick-on-the-key performance. A single 8877 or YC-156, massive power
transformer, heavy gauge tank coils and an oversized blower will do the
job.
Not everyone wants to homebrew, but it is an option.
