I'm using a needle meter version of this hi-pot tester.
if is made in China. please attenttion the main transformer,
some inpensive version only use a micro wave oven transformer, but elegant
version should a C-Core high volt transformer.
This hi-pot tester have current limter and current meter,
but the minimum current maybe 10mA, it is too big for test tube.I add a 100uA
meter.
