[Amps] Alpha 91b adjustments

Does anyone have any information concerning the control board adjustments for 
the 91b?  I have completely rebuilt a control board hit by lightning and need 
to tweak some of the adjustments but no information is in the manual concerning 
these.  Any help would be appreciated (the linear is working fine, but some of 
the panel reading are off quite a bit now)
