[Amps] Software Guru Sought

Hi Guys

Though not amp related, I am seeking someone who can code a BASIC STAMP chip to 
issue a read frequency command to ICOM and Kenwood rigs, read the results and 
then output XXXX BCD data that is the same format as Yaesu and Elecraft outputs 
for BAND data.
