This tube was also used in Collins 2.5 kW FM broadcast transmitters. Many are 
probably still in service in smaller stations. I worked on one in college days. 
There was a reliability problem related to light loading and the incipient high 
screen grid circulating current causing failures, according to articles of 
those days.
