[Amps] OT the 50 cent-ers

This is important.  China has created the largest propaganda effort in the 
history of man.  There are estimated 300,000 Chinese citizens who, free-lance, 
surf the web to make pro-Chinese statements or to try to refute truths about 
China's ills.  For each message, they get the equiv. of .50 (fifty cents, USD). 
 Wow.
