He has all the tubes tested in the lab.. and  guarantee's em. 

The 12-500 pf  @ 10 kv  ceramic vac caps  are good too. 

I have  several of the 12-500 pf caps... but mine are 15 kv rated.   Most test 
on my  B+K 875-B LCR meter
at  12-525 pf.. and as high as  12-560 pf.      Strangely enough, one of em 
tests 12-690 pf. 

Also he has  3CPX-800A7  pulls and  8877's
