Many low power TV stations as well as full power analog ones are going  
off the air due to the HDTV changeover.

Many 5 and 10 KW oil filled Bird and Dielectric branded dummy loads  
should be avaiable if you call your local tv stations.

Mine have already been passed out to local hams.
