Another very reputable source for 'soft' ferrite toroids is Ferroxcube. They
used to be Philips from Eindoven. They make some very good quality LF, MF and
HF range ferrites in lower and high mu. They are distributed by Adams in KY and
maybe Elna in NY, in the states. Elna also carries Fair Rite. Palomar and
Amidon have done all the advertising in QST over the ages, but in the industry
there are some serious distributors of ferrite with good quantity prices too.
