I have a TMC amp with a pair of 3-400Z tubes 2-18 MHz with a 2.5 or 3.5
millihenry plate choke. They get away with that because it doesn't need to
go above 18 MHz. the first series resonance on the choke is around 24 MHz if
I remember right.
