A few brave builders have requested seeing the schematic to help me.

The last page (4) is the h-bridge portion.     It seems the key is to 
understand what the dissipation through the h-bridge is during normal amplifier 
key - down.   The schematic is for a single 3cx800, however I want to build in 
enough margin for two 3cx800's. 
So, how do you figure out the power dissipation through a mosfet being used as 
a switch operating at 100 khz at 50% duty cycle in order to figure out how much 
heat sink to use?
