Thats a Mitsubishi part. Specs should be in ARRL Handbooks of the
80-90's era. Or at least preamp circuits using them.
Its a rather generic GaAs FET so drag out a Mouser catalog and search
for something close, at 2M just about anything will work.

for sure which it has. When i said i was looking at it, i meant i was
looking at one for sale. I have run across problems with Mirage
schematics
before, they show one part number and another one is actually in the
amp.
