Its a Motorola UHF amplifier. Uses 2ea 4CX250s. The SP number on it
indicates a Special Product or Special Production item. Most SPs were for
the government or military. It is part of a 250 watt UHF base station or
repeater.
It is the Motrac vintage around 1960-1968.
If you can find a TLE-XXXX number on it and do a Google search on that
number, you may come up with something.
I have no manuals for the amplifier.
