Bob,

I just looked into a 1961 Federated Electronics counter catalog and there is 
an SK-800A listed.  The Air System Socket is shown for the 4CX1000A and the 
4CW2000A.  It also shows a 1500 mmfd screen bypass cap, again with 'no 
terminals grounded'.

Since the 4CX1500B has a slightly higher filament current than the 1000, 
perhaps the 'B' socket is a little more robust?
