[Amps] Input coils for SB-220

Hi all,

Looking at the input coils of the SB-220, it seems like it would be
fairly trivial to construct one *if* you could get the raw materials.

Does the group have a favorite solution or source?  All they really
seem to be are cardboard coil forms, threaded inside with a tuning
slug, wrapped with enameled wire.
