Thanks for all these answers.

It was only a guess but my idea was not so bad....hi hi

I made my HV voltage like this :

The step-start uses a 12V DC relay which is delayed with help of a small 3
transistors timer. I found it "cleaner" than simply a RC. It works nicely
and i can adjust the delay (if needed).
