Hi Dennis,
Some of those switches employ roll pins and some use
drift pins.
Both can easily be driven out with a small pin
punch. If you don't have a punch of the correct
diameter you can grind down a 1/16" tool. Just
support the shaft on a piece of hard foam or soft
wood.
Note that the drift pins have to be driven from the
small end.
