Offering a near mint, later model Collins 30L1 winged emblem
amplifier(#101XX)w/four full output 811A's. Circuity has an upgraded
filter capacitor/bleeder board with replacement 180mFd 450VDC
capacitors, diodes, and new bleeders. The newly installed PC board
also contains an integrated 12VDC power supply and intermediate relay
to ensure solid state exciter antenna changeover compatibility.
Parasitic chokes have been upgraded w/parallel pairs of 100ohm 3
watt MOF resistors. The amp, w/100w of drive (wired for 110VAC and
2000VDC plate voltage)makes 800w output as measured on a Bird
Wattmeter/dummy load. There are no issues of discoloration, bangs,
dents, extraneous holes or dings. Other than the circuit changes
enumerated, the amplifier is absolutely original with N connector and
original porcelain RCA jack inputs. Prefer pickup but will ship
utilizing the UPS Store special packing procedures that combines my
initial rigid foam packing with their double boxing to ensure safe
