All, I would like to use a Tek 575 to test several MRF-150 devices. The issue seem to be the gate bias and gate step are coupled. That is the bias range increases with the bias step value. The result is when measuring lower step values the bias range is insufficient to turn the device on. At higher step values the device is overdriven.
