I don't know about UA1CBX's current payment methods, but I have made a
couple of direct payment purchases from Pavel for coaxial relays and
GS-23b tubes with good results. His rep in the US may be Mats, KD5FZX.
I've had good dealings with him also on a 1296 cavity and Russian tubes.
