Yes you are right Tom, I was way to tired today and have said all sorts of
stupid things.  Everybody forgive me.

We've got the governor's race going here at warp 3 on top of everything and
will probably end up pulling an all nighter on no sleep, BACK TO WORK.

The fault current only goes one direction. The negative rail 
can only elevate more and more negative if the HV faults.

I never protect meters or rails for the other direction 
because I never turn my HV supply rectifiers around 
backwards.
