[Amps] Full Legal Limit From 4 Sweep Tubes

I wonder if anyone else has seen the article in the July/August 2006 QEX on 
the combination Class AB1/F linear amp using EER ? He drives the grids in Class 
AB1 at low levels and when drive increases it goes into Class F / EER mode 
with a switching power supply. Looks like the author put a lot of thought into
