[Amps] Wanted: MRF648 or 2SC3102 or SD1434

Hi,

I'm fixing a Yaesu FT-857 that was hit by lightning, and the final 
UHF/VHF amplifier was blown.  Does anyone have a spare MRF648 or 2SC3102 
or SD1434 transistor kicking around.  I'd be glad to swap for one of a 
bunch of other RF power transistors I have around or purchase it if the 
price isn't too steep.
