Peak Devices in Boulder, CO, appears to be in the business of buying up intellectual property and assets of the legacy RF power transistor houses, as well as reverse engineering and making replacement components. They have the Acrian/CTC portfolio (what remains of that) and also have a lot of the MRFxxx bipolar parts.
