Carl, It is an old,old circuit. It was in QST many years ago. It was designed to be a plate tank for a low power class c amplifier. Just how to couple in and out of it I don't remember, but I do know that it could be done with links. Say 3 turns input link and maybe 6/7 turns output link. I intend to work that out this Summer.
