A suppressor made by Eimac-Varian for their 4-1000A is 2 turns 1/4 inch silver-plated tubing 1 inch in diameter over a 120 ohm Globar resistor about two inches long; not as big as the one you pictured. These were used in their 2 X 4-1000A RF generators.
