Gents, Thanks for all the replies. As a result I will RF ground outside my windows today as I already have the 8 foot rod ready to go. I will also run a #6 copper wire back to my main breaker box as an AC ground per the new code. I happen to have 250 feet of #6 that I was going to use for other purposes and it will be easy to run.
