[Amps] Transworld RA-400 or RA-1000

Anyone have any information on either/ both of these amps? Especially needed
is a schematic. These are solid state amps designed, and I'm guessing here,
in the mid 80s. Please respond off list to ronspencer at nc dot rr dot com.
