Another way to tame a 4-1000 (s) when running over 5kv anode v. is to add a
parasitic supressor to the cathode just before the coupling capacitor(s)
Seems adding the resistor/cap from fil to gnd. might shunt some of the
driver power...Of course that might also help stability by reducing drive?
