That Cherman tank was made by " BOONTON " Will. ( the tube was a UHF
triode with lateral pins, we called " gland "
In a former life I made one myself with a Nuvistor miniature triode
6CW4.
not bigger as a thimble and only 18V anode.

There's several other brands but I think the best is a Military model
made which was a two piece unit. It was tube type though but built like
a tank.
