Try tuning the 15 meter input slug of the amp to where the vswr is nearer 1:1.  
You may need to do this into a dummy load at low power from the transmitter to 
give you the time to make correct adjustments as well as not have to be 
concerned with other factors affecting your problem.

      I have a SB220 that is putting out approx 500w w/100w drive on 15m 
  only...input swr is showing abt 3:1..plate current abt 350ma..normal 
  HV...the rest of the bands are fine ...the band switch is relatively new 
  and I have Rich's parasitic stuff installed....
  any ideas on where to look first?
